Itinerary Overview
I spent five amazing days in Seoul, South Korea, exploring its rich history, culture, and cuisine. I visited some of the most iconic landmarks, such as the Gyeongbokgung Palace, the Namsan Tower, and the Lotte World Tower. I also experienced the traditional Korean lifestyle in the Bukchon Hanok Village and the Namsangol Hanok Village. I enjoyed delicious Korean food, from street snacks to fine dining, and I even dressed up in a traditional Korean dress called Hanbok. I also took a day trip to see the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) and learn about the Korean War. Seoul was a vibrant and diverse city that offered me a memorable and unforgettable trip.
Important Notes Before Traveling
• To get to Seoul, I flew to Incheon Airport, which is the largest airport in South Korea. From there, I took the AREX train to Seoul station, which was fast and convenient
• To get around Seoul, I used the public transportation system, which included buses, subways, and trains. I bought a T-Money card, which was a prepaid smart card that I could use to pay for transportation, food, and shopping
