Itinerary Overview
Tokyo is a city that never sleeps, with endless attractions and experiences to suit every taste and budget. In this three-day itinerary, I explored some of the most iconic and diverse areas of the city, from the traditional temples and shrines of Asakusa and Ueno, to the modern skyscrapers and shopping malls of Shinjuku and Shibuya. I also enjoyed the cultural and artistic offerings of Harajuku, Roppongi, and the Imperial Palace area, as well as the stunning views from the Tokyo City View observation deck and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Offices. This itinerary was the perfect way to get the most out of my time in this incredible city.
Important Notes Before Traveling
• The best way to get around Tokyo is by using the train or subway system, which is efficient, convenient, and affordable. I bought a prepaid IC card (such as Suica or Pasmo) to easily pay for fares and avoid buying tickets for each ride
• I also considered getting a Japan Rail Pass if I was visiting more than one city in Japan, as it would save me a lot of money on transportation costs
